• New Scale-Up Programme for Women Founders to Launch in 2027 as British Business Bank Doubles Women-Led Commitments to £200m (Women in Business, 1 November 2026)
  The government will launch a scale-up programme for women founders of high-growth businesses in 2027 and is developing a voluntary Inclusive Investment Standard for investors, it said on 29 October 2026. The British Business Bank has doubled planned commitments to women-led businesses and funds to £200 million.
• Diverse Angel Syndicate Programme: What Founders and New Angels Should Know (Women in Business, 27 October 2026)
  A new British Business Bank programme, delivered with UKBAA, will offer up to £400,000 each to ten angel syndicates widening participation by women and ethnic minority investors. Applications open on 11 November 2026.
• Investing in Women Code 2026: Signatories Back Female Founders at Twice the Market Rate (Women in Business, 3 August 2026)
  Investing in Women Code signatories put 32% of their venture capital into teams with at least one female founder in 2025, against 15% across the wider market. All-female teams still received just 2% of market investment.
